How it works

A timer you can live inside.

I

Light

The flame opens the block. Rise at 5:00, Focus when the real work starts, Unwind at 8:30.

II

Work

One flame, one task. The candle holds the hour open so you don't have to watch the clock.

III

Close

Closing the flame closes the block. Write tomorrow's three lines. Done is done.

About

Built around three hours

Hourlight began with a habit: up at five, journal open, one candle burning while the rest of the house slept. I wanted the objects on that desk to take the hour as seriously as I did — so I designed a collection around the three blocks of a deliberate day.

Hourlight is a small operation by choice. I design and curate every piece, set the standard it has to meet, and work with specialist production partners to bring it to life — so the collection stays exactly as focused as the days it serves: three hours, three candles, and soon, the Daybook.
